My Canada Plan provides an automated online immigration assessment tool that generates a personalized report based on information you provide. The report includes an estimated Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, eligible immigration pathways, a recommended action plan, and estimated government fees. A basic summary is provided free of charge; the full detailed report may be available for purchase.
The Service does not constitute legal advice, immigration consulting, or a guarantee of eligibility for any immigration program. The information and reports generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on publicly available program criteria and the information you provide, and may not reflect the most current policy changes by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or provincial nominee programs.
You should consult a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) or immigration lawyer before making any immigration decisions or submitting applications. My Canada Plan is not a law firm, and use of the Service does not create a solicitor-client or consultant-client relationship.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Reports generated by the Service are based solely on the information you provide during the assessment. The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs. Inaccurate or incomplete information will result in inaccurate results. We are not responsible for errors in your report caused by incorrect information you provide.
Reports reflect our understanding of immigration program criteria at the time of generation. Immigration programs, eligibility criteria, CRS draw cutoffs, and government fees are subject to change by IRCC and provincial governments without notice.
Certain features of the Service, such as the full detailed report, may require payment. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Because reports are generated and delivered digitally immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact us at support@mycanadaplan.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, report templates, and software — are the exclusive property of My Canada Plan and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Your purchased report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Canada Plan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including government websites and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Manitoba.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
